At HillaryJane, we aim to manage returns and refunds in a clear, consistent, and transparent way. This policy explains when returns are accepted, how refunds are handled, and which conditions apply. By placing an order, customers confirm that they agree to the terms outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Return requests can only be submitted after the order has been successfully delivered.
Customers must submit a return request within 15 days from the delivery date. Once the request has been approved, the item must be shipped back within an additional 15 days.
All returns must be sent to the original fulfillment location, which is the supplier facility used by HillaryJane in China.
All costs related to returning an item — including international shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling charges — are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned items must meet the following requirements:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Products must be returned in their original condition
- All original tags must still be attached
- Trying on items for fit is allowed, but extended use is not
- Orders placed with the intention of returning multiple sizes are not permitted
By completing a purchase, customers explicitly acknowledge that returns are shipped internationally to China and that all associated costs are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
Products labeled as Final Sale — meaning items discounted by 40% or more — are excluded from returns.
This status is clearly communicated before purchase.
Items sold under Final Sale conditions are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or disputes under any circumstances.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of $20 applies to every approved return.
This fee covers the costs associated with inspection, processing, and restocking. By placing an order, customers agree to this fee being deducted from any applicable refund.
Return Guarantee
HillaryJane offers a full return guarantee for unused items that meet all conditions outlined in this policy.
Return Shipping Costs
All costs associated with returning products are the responsibility of the customer.
HillaryJane does not reimburse shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or any additional charges incurred during the return process.

Return Timeframe
Customers have 15 days from the delivery date to submit a return request.
After approval, the item must be shipped within an additional 15 days.
This results in a total return window of 30 days from the date of delivery.
Returns requested or shipped outside of this timeframe will not be accepted and will not qualify for refunds or disputes.
Defective or Faulty Products
HillaryJane provides a full guarantee on products with confirmed manufacturing defects.
Defective items may be eligible for a full refund or replacement, depending on customer preference, after verification by our support team.
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must:
- Submit a return request via email at support@hillaryjane.com within 15 days of receiving the item
- Wait for approval and receive the return address of our fulfillment partner in China
- Ship the item at their own expense, including all customs-related charges
- Use a trackable shipping method for the return
Returns without valid tracking confirmation showing delivery to our facility cannot be processed and will not qualify for a refund.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 15 days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout.
Any applicable deductions, including the restocking fee, will be applied before the refund is completed.
Liability Disclaimer
HillaryJane is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments once tracking confirms delivery to the provided return address.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Any errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
